This surgery is an extermely busy on and one should not expect to be treated as the only one in need. The staff work at their full potential. I moved away from the surgery because I left the area but was very pleased to be accepted back when I returned to the area and only found that the service had got even better. How do you improve on an already good service?

Reception is always helpful and friendly. Today I saw Dr Harris - only seen her twice but by far the best doctor ive had. Very friendly which is great for my anxiety issues.

Carden Surgery is fortunate in having a group of friendly and helpfull members of support staff for their general practitioners. It is usefull to have the onsite facility for visiting consultants to meet with patients. The site is very accessible with good parking facilities and the onsite pharmacy saves time and effort in meeting prescription needs. I am sure that the administration with respect to the allocation of appointments is well managed with emergency appointments being available on a daily basis but follow up appointments seem to be difficult to arrange at a time greater than four weeks even when using online facility and the when a shorter period than four weeks is required for a routine follow up appointment, often only a greater period than four weeks is the only available time on offer. This situation leads to running short, or even out, of prescription drugs in certain circumstances.
