Today l had an awful experience with a receptionist , in 35 years at this practice l have never been spoken to like this. I was ringing to check up on a referral done by Dr Benton , seen him twice in person regarding the situation. I have NO problem with Dr. Benton who is a great doctor. When speaking to me the receptionist came across as hurried, angry that l was on the phone then in answer to a question l had asked about she said to me " Whatever" in answer. Whatever, is a slang sarcastic word, showing a lack of care and concern. I know the name of this receptionist, however will not put it here, will be looking out for her though, to identify her, as l know most of the receptionists at Canbury. Very sad about this behavior.
