Your location Campbell Surgery 10 Quarry Rd, Dungannon BT70 1AQ Surgical center Caoimhe McGilloway 123 points 36 minutes ago This surgery is a joke to say the least especially in such times when people are finding things hard enough staff should be more considerate when dealing with the public. Upon arriving with my 4month old baby in the rain as they have the front doors closed of, she had to carried out to the rear of the surgery. I was informed to leave again to get a mask, entry would not be allowed and this was told by a receptionist who was Not wearing a mask. I was not contacted prior to my appointment to say you would not get in without one as one was not worn during the child's previous appointments. I understand this may be coming into effect of enforcement but it is not the case at the moment and people have exceptions from wearing them which should not be questioned by anyone! Never mind a staff member of Campbell's who was not wearing one herself. Sent away with a baby in the rain to get a mask. It's not the first mess of a set up I've seen with this surgery during this Pandemic. Need some serious work on people skills and running of the surgery for a start.
