Iv been with Cadwgan surgery since I was 7 years old I’m now 30 but was removed without my permission, without being notified and without being given another doctor surgery it’s 3 years since but I had never been told now I’m in a medical emergency and have no doctor and I’m told they will not accept me back now this is disgusting and has left me feeling like my national insurance is a waste of money as iv pain my whole life but can’t get treatment when I need it

ever since covid came about the service recieved from the reception ,either in person or on the telephone has become absolutely terrible. to try and make an appointment is beyond a joke ,that is if you can manage to get passed the talking robot. THE doctors themselves are very good but the surgery management need to be taught how to deal with sick people and not put them in to such a stressful position.

Newly registered at this surgery and staff are friendly, helpful and hold strong values of the Nhs in their day to practice in the delivery of put patients first. Had a Gp visit, which was thorough and the Gp showed great patient centred care throughout. Great service delivery from phone call to been seen by the Gp. This practice promotes good quality safe care to patients using its services.

Impossible to get an appointment, the system they use is just stupid doesnt work.

Change your appointments system as current system is very poor, impossible to get an appointment.
