I’ve been going to this surgery for years now. They have always been amazing. I have a number of health conditions and I am always well looked after. I had dr caswell until she retired and then I got Dr ince. Both are the most amazing GPs ever. The nurses are also brilliant and really friendly and even the pharmacy have even gone out of their way to help me on a number of occasions. The reception team have always been helpful and pleasant too. All in all I feel lucky that me and my family are registered here. I can’t thank them enough for all they do.

I want to write about the great service I have received from Dr Gain. I have now seen her twice and on both times she has been helpful and polite. She has taken the time to be friendly and listen to my concerns and has been in no hurry to get me out of the door, which in this day and age is a surprise! She is certainly the best doctor at this practice and I wish she would stay on there permanently.

This surgery used to be good... The doctors had time for you and would talk to you about your problem and also how things were in general life. Not any more! They just want you out of the door as quick as possible and now you can only discuss one problem in one appointment. They are rushed off their feet - but then that's not my fault! I just want great care....

It's very difficult to get an appointment at this surgery. You either have to make an appointment weeks in advance or you can ring on the day...yeah...right! If you phone on the day, then the fun starts... The surgery opens at 8am, ring one nano second before and you get a recorded message telling you the surgery is closed. Ring one nano second after 8am and the phone is engaged! After you've rung again for the tenth time, you might get through, by this time it's 8.20am - then the receptionist gleefully tells you that all the appointments for that day have gone and you should have phoned earlier - AHHHHHH! The explanation that the phone was engaged falls on deaf ears! The receptionist then advises that you should try again tomorrow - then you go through it all again! No help at all!
