This is the worst surgerey I have ever been unfortunate enough to have to deal with. The receptionists are rude, and quite honestly a waste of salary. It is impossible to get an answer to a phone call. Sometimes you can waiut well over an hour for the phone to be answered. The recptionists act like they are the gaurdians to the gates of a mansion refusuing access to all and any rrquests access. They say things will happen and claim to have arranged appointments but these fail to be really booked. Unfirtunately we have no option but to try and see a GP in Burnham & Berrow practice asd there is no other option. This surgery is in desperate need of new management and staff. I am sure patients will have died due to a lack being able to get seen and a total lack of professionalism in the surgery.

I know there are instances where there will be a delay to be seen but this happens each appointment and sometime by 30 mins or more. Would be nice to be seen on time or there be a slight delay especially as some people have to use this time as a lunch period.
