Doctor Jeelani and Doctor onslow are both excellent doctor's. Both genuinely care and have time for me. As do the reception staff. Lauren is so kind and caring.

You state that the practice has disable access but when I went to see a doctor I was unable to open the front door. Luckily I was with my father who open them for me. I am in a mobility Scooter. The same could be said for wheelchair users. My last doctors had power assisted doors that opened when you pressed a silver pad. Why not here?

Failure to provide drugs as recommended by my hospital specialist. Failure to follow up on verbal complaints. Attending home visits without my medical records. Surgery not really accessible to wheelchair users without the assistance of a third party.

I am usually able to make an appointment soon after, I phone in for one.
The staff are always friendly.
