I was seen today 6/10/17 by Dr Eleanor WINSTANLEY who was very helpful and understanding and took time to listen to the reason I made the appointment, Its the second time I have seen this caring and very professional Doctor at the surgery. I was made to feel at ease on both occasions. I was very satisfied with the treatment and advice I was given. I have been a patient at this surgery since 1987 and have always been more then happy with the treatment I have received from Medical Staff at this surgery.

Very hard to get appointment. Most of the GP doctors are part time or locums and there is high turnover of doctors. I have been patient for over 20 years at this practice. They had some fantastic doctors in the past but they all have left now. The doctors who own the surgery only work part time. Most of the times doctors are running late but if patient is late for some reason you will not be seen.

Have not received an asthma review over a 4 year period and have ended up in hospital as I have been on child asthma pumps for this period of time. I should have been prescribed adult asthma pumps a year and a half ago, I was also denied a flu jab which I am entitled to as a sufferer with asthma.

New building so everything a bit sterile except the staff who I found warm and friendly.

Receptionist are extremely rude and very unhelpful, can never get an appointment no matter when you call. I once called at 8am over 100 times and still could not get an appointment I don't know if all doctors are like this or whether it's just here but I would not recommend them if you ever get ill and need to see a doctor!
