I needed an appointment recently and none was readily available ; the male receptionist was very accommodating and liaised with the doctor on my behalf , called me back when he said he would and arranged so I could be seen. A definite example of treating each situation on its own merit .. thank you Also great doctor , makes you feel that you are being listened to and being given the correct care and treatment.
