Brook Medical Centre is a truly professional practice. I moved here 3 months ago after becoming dissatisfied with my previous practice. Everyone here is kind and helpful at the reception and Dr Gevadiri is an absolute gentleman. The care and attention I have received far exceeds anything at my previous practice. Well done everybody and special thanks to Dr Gevadiri.

This surgery is one of the best I have ever been with. The receptionists treat you with care and dignity and are a world removed from the 'bulldog gatekeepers' that all too many Doctors' receptionists are. The doctors and nurses are wonderful; helpful, gentle, humorous and kind. I've never felt rushed or dismissed. They take time to listen and never fall into the trap of getting you to diagnose yourself. I feel full confidence in them when I am with them. The online system, which is great for ordering prescriptions, looking at your records and booking an appointment are brilliant, but sadly I can't yet book an appointment like this for the nurse, which would be a great improvement. I really can't praise this surgery enough and would unreservedly recommend them to anyone.

I moved to the practice 3 years ago and have found it consistently professional, friendly and efficient. While appointments are sometimes difficult to schedule (where aren't they?) the reception staff are unfaltering supportive and helpful. The surgery is of a size to ensure a more personal approach than I have experienced for a long time and visits to both Dr Devagiri and nursing staff have been thorough, caring and unrushed. My family have now transferred to Brook and we are very happy with the care given.

I have just visited the Surgery to collect a print out from some blood tests that were taken. I was hoping I'd be able to understand the results, and knew that if not I'd need to make an appointment to see a Nurse or Doctor. I needn't have worried, because the receptionist was up to speed with the content of the report, and even accessed my records to let me know that the changes since the previous blood test were all favourable. Just to be clear - the receptionist did not offer medical advice, nor did she take away from me my responsibility for deciding next steps. She just helped me read the information so that I could make my own judgements. An excellent service, delivered with courtesy and care. Many thanks. (please see 'PS' below) PS: I have scored the practice 3 out of 5 for ease of getting an appointment, because I have no knowledge about this since recent management changes. If a 'Not Applicable/Don't Know' option had been available I would have ticked it.
