Dr Beugelink is a really excellent doctor. Caring, professional and absolutely thorough. He manages to be a real family doctor at a time when this must be all but impossible. I and my family always receive exemplary care from him and have done for the past 15 years. We have completely trust in him and recommend him very highly indeed.

If I can't get a personal appointment, the Doctorwill ring me back.i use the system to book on line for doctor appointments when I know I will need a future appointment but it isn't there for nurses so I wonder why not? The people on reception desk have to put up with a lot of rubbish from rude people who should be banned

Brocklebank is a very busy and overstretched practice. However, I have noticed over recent years that great efforts have been made to offer additional services and this I am sure, is appreciated by a great number of patients. I am very happy to report that when I have had either telephone or direct contact with reception staff, I have been treated with politeness and consideration at all times. These employees are the Practices's first point of contact for us all and they deserve to be recognised and praised as coping with an extremely demanding job. It would be a significant improvement if: (1) reception/waiting area improved (2) telecoms improved (3) web site enhanced to enable patients to book appointments with other health professionals (i.e., practice nurses) as well as G. Ps. (4) offer a dedicated direct telephone/fax line for the the sole use of local pharmacists (5) provide more convenient lavatory facilities (6) provide a better area for patients to check blood pressure and weight

Surgery needs to improve telecoms. Frustrating for patients, doctors, pharmacists and patients relatives/carers. Please consider the following: 1. provide dedicated telephone number for pharmacists 2. update web site to allow appointments to be made on line with practice nurses, phlebotomists etc. 3. Provide separate waiting area for parents with young children 4. Better controls when issuing prescriptions by ensuring all prescriptions are sent electronically to patient's nominated pharmacy (where drug control permits). Exceptions accepted when being collected out of usual pharmacy hours or by third party.

I have been a patient in Brocklebank for 28 years. Overall, in all this time I found the doctors caring, listening and efficient. I especially like Dr Rousseau's caring approach, sense of humour and proffesionalism. The receptionist have always been very helpful and friendly as well. The surgery also has a number of services which is important because you don't have to go to other places for things. I would definitely recommend Brocklebank to my friends and family and in fact, I have. Booking appointments have much improved since it became possible to do it online and also to check myself in electronically once I arrive. All in all excellent place.
