I attended the surgery today with my elderly mother for a hearing aid referral. Dr Cook dealt with this very quickly and I received a telephone call this afternoon to book an appointment for the hearing aid. Dr Cook was also happy to discuss some other concerns I had about my mothers health. We are very lucky to have such a good local medical centre.

I saw Dr Bopari. His assessment of my complaint was very brief, the examination was cursery and he didn't take a history of previous related complaints. Whilst I do not dispute his conclusion, I didn't appreciate being made to feel like a time waster. Dr Boparis manner was offhand and disinterested, to say the least. I may recommend the surgery but not Dr Bopari.

Doctors very caring and understanding. You feel so much better after talking to them. Nurses. Full marks. Reception excellent.

I cannot fault any of the treatment or care by doctors, nurses and receptionists. I feel extremely lucky to be in such good hands.
