Rang for advice/help. I have catheter in situ which was changed A.M. By afternoon it was obvious it was leaking. I rang all available numbers and got either answer phones or long waiting times. In desperation I rang the surgery for advice. They said to keep trying and they would do likewise. 30 mins later a community nurse arrived and sorted the problem. So very grateful.

Prompt appointments. Very caring and professional doctors and nurses. Support staff. Polite and efficient.
