The patience, professional, caring and knowledgeable staff from when you pick up the phone to make an appt, walk through the front door to reception and see a healthcare professional/nurse/Dr/etc. Also the dedicated Secretaries who make the HCPs job manageable. I have been a patient at Broadwater Medical Centre for almost 5 years. Every single contact/appt I have had with this practice is outstanding. I have needed to see 2 drs (different) at BMC this week and both are outstanding. Thanks to all the team, yours sincerely ...... a patient amongst many.

I was referred to hospital by Selina after I had seen no improvement with the medication for my tonsils. Thankfully after a couple of nights spent in hospital I was back on track to a full recovery. I am thankful to everybody involved for making time to fit me in and checking up on me a few days later.
