I saw paramedic practitioner Louise, felt she listened well, was empathetic and has a very kind approach.
Had appointment with nurse Vickie, she had read my notes, asked how I was and was very caring and empathetic. Despite feeling quite low and unwell in myself I felt I was listened to and cared for in a comforting and professional manner, which made a positive impact and how I was feeling and the whole experience.
