The patience, professional, caring and knowledgeable staff from when you pick up the phone to make an appt, walk through the front door to reception and see a healthcare professional/nurse/Dr/etc. Also the dedicated Secretaries who make the HCPs job manageable. I have been a patient at Broadwater Medical Centre for almost 5 years. Every single contact/appt I have had with this practice is outstanding. I have needed to see 2 drs (different) at BMC this week and both are outstanding. Thanks to all the team, yours sincerely ...... a patient amongst many.
