Feedback concerning making an appointment: Called over 50 times from 8am-9am but did not get through to receptionist to make an appointment - line engaged and on 2 times I did get through to recorded message and phone rang, it was not answered. I walked round and tried to make appointment in person, but none left, this is very frustrating.
