Dr Raval was very understanding, he knew that had history of bilateral ear infections, and also issues with vertigo and chronic bilateral pain in my knees. He prescribed me the meds that I need without the need to be worrying about addiction -they're pain relief that works for you - so we'll keep giving it to as you need it" No patronising like other GP's - Just good quality/consistent/caring service. This consultation was done via phone, again Dr Raval appreciates that I know my body and know when I do actually need to make a visit
Thanks to reception staff too.
