The receptionists are very helpful, efficient and courteous. The surgery has improved tremendously over recent years. I cannot fault it. The doctors are caring and thorough in their diagnosis and ongoing treatment. I was pleasantly surprised at their level of communication to keep in touch and they are very welcoming. Great surgery, cannot fault it. Thank you to ALL the staff.

I cannot think of anything that needs improving but would be glad to see more of the nurse's roles return to the practice such as ear wax removal

If phoning to seek appointment I usually experience significant wait before getting connected. When get through always efficiently handled.

All staff and practitioners are efficient and helpful.

I phoned the surgery to get an appointment. As usual the wait was fairly long, but I was given an appointment for the same afternoon. When I explained the nature of my problem my appointment was moved to earlier in the day. Dr Adhikari is very considerate and understanding, carried out the appropriate tests and sent the necessary prescription directly to the pharmacy. A follow up appointment was carried out as soon as the results of my blood tests were available. The problem now seems to have been resolved in a timely fashion.

Possibly a little less time waiting for the phone call to be answered...
