Recently transferred to this surgery and found all staff friendly, informative and helpful . Doctor Dabhi was welcoming and listened to my problems and was very proactive in giving advice and arranging appointments for me .

Phoned on Tuesday and got a doctors appointment. Phoned on Wednesday and got a blood test for that day. Got a text on Thursday to say results back and to make a doctors appointment. Phoned on Friday and got an appointment with GP. Results discussed and actions decided. 4 days between a concern, tests, diagnosis and a plan of action. That is an absolutely amazing service and not the first time the whole team have been amazing..an absolutely fantastic practice.

Today my disabled daughter had the wonderful Community Nurse Claire out for a home visit . Kate has complex physical and LD disabilities. Claire is so knowledgable, warm, kind and full of happiness and positive vibes. Her guidance and nursing care are wonderful. Claire sorts out all the loose strings in Kates care and pulls it all together which makes it easier for us as a family to navigate some difficult situations . We have house visits from DRs and Nurses without exception when needed and their support as a whole team is so good.Administratively too! It’s so good knowing my whole family have superb care from this lovely practice . Thank You

My surgery provides a range of outstanding patient services. Receptionists are friendly, helpful, and professional and calls to the surgery are always answered straight away. Urgent appointments are usually available on the day, and routine appointments available within 2 weeks. Appointments offered to patients are telephone or face to face, which is very convenient. Doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and very caring. Medical staff see you on time.....never any appointment delays.The surgery is clean, bright and tidy and staff greet patients with a warm smile! I feel very fortunate to have access to such a wonderful team of medical professionals, and knowing I am in safe hands gives me real peace of mind.
