I've been with BL surgery and have had a variety of experiences the majority of which have been good. My kast visut was brilliant. I was called in by my doctor who couldn't have been more helpful and concerned for me. Dr A is the epitome of a really good doctor.

All going well at the moment though I hear complaints about other practices none of which apply to BL Surgery Well done guys, keep it up.

If you ring first thing in the morning you can get an appointment although it might take a little time because the surgery is so busy.

Nothing. It is a very good service - the best Doctor’s surgery I have come across.

Transferring to Broad Lane Surgery some months ago was a revelation. My experience has been positive and satisfying on each occasion when visiting and by telephone. Reception staff are welcoming, friendly, interested and efficient. The same also applies to staff answering the telephone service. It is evident that the Doctors value meeting face to face with patients with telephone appointments timely made. The positive ethos of the Broad Lane surgery and atmosphere of the surgery is beneficial to my sense of well being and positive outlook.

A more streamlined approach to agreeing and prescribing changes of medications that would reduce the time that patients may be without medication and in receiving their new prescription.

Appointment offered same day Dr Rashid took time to listen and explained all decisions and gained consent at all times She made me feel as if I was the only patient
