I’m quite new to the surgery and have been so impressed. I’ve had excellent care from both Dr Lee and Dr Adhikari, and Tracy on reception recently went above and beyond to help me find some missing test results. She made me feel heard and important and was extremely reassuring. I’m very happy to have moved close to this surgery.

Dr Rashid was professional and knowledgeable. More importantly, she cares about the patients. She asked questions about the conditions and concerns. She set up investigation/check ups such as blood tests, x-rays. She made her decision based on data and patient situation. She is willing to see me multiple times for various concerns from the test results. I am glad that I switched to Broad Lane GP a few years ago. The GPs here are excellent!

My Doctor wants only to give me the best healthcare possible, she is polite and listens to what I have to say, it is refreshing and far outweighs what I have experienced with other practices

I have always found the Surgery Attentive and caring. All the staff do an amazing job under immense pressure all of the time. I get a great service and care so am very happy with Broad Lane. But I am not sure where a lot of people would be without the dedication that these people bring . I hope that they get the care and support that they need otherwise you will see very good professionals leaving the NHS. . And that would be no good for anyone .
