Share review of Brighton Health and Wellbeing Centre
I made two very serious formal complaints to WellBN in late July and early August, and to date I have received no response whatsoever. The second complaint wasn’t even acknowledged, and the first took 11 days to acknowledge, well outside the mandatory 3 day timeframe.
I have since sent multiple polite follow-up emails, all of which have been completely ignored. This level of disregard for patient concerns is unacceptable, especially when the issues raised were serious and required a proper, transparent investigation.
It’s deeply concerning that a healthcare provider entrusted with people’s wellbeing can show such consistent lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic communication. Patients deserve far better than being met with silence when they raise legitimate concerns.
