I gave my answer because over the years my experiences have been both the best ive had with healthcare and some of the most difficult at times too. I have been heavily supported through the most difficult times in my life and I do think without their incredible support I would have lost my life too many times to count. I have very complex health needs and I know they have worked tirelessly over many years to try and get me the help I need.

Though I did feel like for many years my views have been taken into account, snd at times over the last 9 months too. But the more complex things became, snd the more trauma i recieved in other areas of healthcare, the less I felt the care was as trauma informed, understanding, and caring in patients best interests, as I know they aim to be. I'm sure there are many reasons for this, but this has resulted in a decline in physical and mental health and further distrust in healthcare professionals. My views have not been listened to as much and it has resulted in s breakdown in the positive and helpful relationship I believe we once had. I know they have tried their best many times but I do wish they would take a step back and think about how they could better meet their goals.
