Receptionist very helpful and the nurse who took my blood was lovely. I have to lie down and she made me feel very at ease. Sometimes the telephone queue can be long but once you get through the team are always helpful.

I have always got an appointment on the day I tried. The Doctors have always been very helpful, professional and kind, as too are the Nurses and I leave feeling my problem has been dealt with thoroughly and feeling at ease after the consultation. I have every confidence in the Galletly practice and am very grateful that they are my practice. I book my appointments on line but when I have telephoned the surgery, the receptionists are always very polite and helpful.

Personally I don’t think there is anything you could have done better, thank you.

Have tried for a week to get an appointment with a nurse for a review on a scan I had.I received a letter from the practice about this and to make an appointment but that has proved impossible. Phoned this morning at 8.32 all lines are busy call back later. Continue calling till you get through then no more available. I understand there is pressure on the NHS but this situation is terrible. I don’t know why I have to make the appointment why doesn’t the nurse call me as it’s something she wants to talk about.
