Bourne Galletly Practice Team

I have always received excellent care at this practice. I am particularly grateful that I am lucky enough to be a patient here when I hear horror stories regarding other local GP practices, such as waiting times, not being able to speak to a doctor within an acceptable timeframe and inability to secure an appointment. So far, this has never happened at the Galletly practice. The practice, is very clean, friendly and professional. The ‘call back’ service works well and I have always been able to speak to an appropriate person for my concern.

Called this morning to request clinical Pharmacist callback. Really nice helpful receptionist put me on the list for that afternoon. Got a callback at specified time and issue sorted quickly and efficiently

Today I had a hernia operation the staff and surgeon were fantastic! On arrival they were very informative and welcoming. Throughout the whole procedure they made me comfortable and on completion I was given advice on going forward. Many Thanks Guys
