Went online at 7 am to book call back. Text back within 2 hrs and seen by the nurse and advised by mid morning! Excellent Care

Dr Mitchell is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to listen to all concerns and acts upon them. I have always found everyone in the surgery helpful, compassionate and kind.

I've been a patient since 2017 and find the surgery to be first class. Dr Mitchell in particular has been brilliant and helped me through a difficult time. I know the practice is under a lot more pressure than it was when I joined but I think they do a great job under difficult circumstances. Oh and if you want a better nhs think long and hard about where you put your cross at the next general election.

Recently we couldn't get through to get an appointment for our daughter for a week and a half. We eventually took her to the out of hours at Stamford hospital for treatment. In this situation it would have been nice to have been able to have spoken to someone at the practice. But as I said above I'm aware of the current difficulties surgeries are facing.

Results missing on numerous occasions over the last few months , having to be told to repeat tests. More waiting for results to come back! Very difficult to get through to reception as phones are always busy or are on black alert ! You can access your results via App but thats if they actually do come back. Surely there must be someone checking overdue test results???? Accurx also isn't great a Doctor messaged me to say they had prescribed an antibiotic , when I checked to see which one it was its was one I am unable to take . So a call would have been better . Galletly you are usually such a wonderful practice

Suggested improvements
For tests that are sent away from the surgery to be properly monitored and chased up by staff rather than patients having to keep calling in to ask this to be done. It would also be better for a Doctor to call rather than text to let you know you have been prescribed medication so you can discuss. Also please make booking appointments available via NHS App or Patient Access
