I rang as requested to have my stitches removed after having a mole removed at hospital and they gave me an appointment the day I asked for

I was waiting quite a while for my appointment but the nurse I saw had realised this and he to another nurse so I wasn’t kept waiting any longer. She was very apologetic and she was lovely and helpful

The professional I met was not interested in my other physical concerns. I tried to explain my concerns seeking explanation about the report I presented but she was only interested to give me a prescription and get out of her office. It was a struggle to get an appointment which took me 8 hours and still I can't get a doctor to look into my deteriorating physical health concerns. I am struggling with my health concerns and my surgery not ready to help.

At least the doctor would have discussed the report I forwarded to her for reassurance.

The surgery is very efficient. It was recommended to us when we moved to Bourne and so far has been very good.

I received a call back within an hour of requesting an appointment via nhs app. I then received an in person appointment within another hour. Both GPs listened and responded to my symptoms. They took excellent care of me.

Everything was done today with follow up course of action on my part made clear. Nothing more was needed. I couldn’t have received better care today.
