Often difficult to contact, but once made service seems good. On referral usually asked who your Doctor is? This Practice doesn't give you one and any correspondences sent has a doctor Name who is unknown to me or no longer practicing there?

We used to be able to have a Doctor who knew us or at the very least we New!

The message on the landline when booking a booster Covid injection is somewhat confusing and has changed since the original messages when the booster Covid vaccine became available. At first we had to book on a special number but the booking system also allowed us to do it either on the NHS app or the patient access service. Now the instruction is to hang on something or other to see what appointments available. you might be booked on more than one appointment day what date or time and just hang on until you’ve got one you want?

Messages need to be verified and understood by somebody who does not have the knowledge of how the system is intended to work.

Booked a call back on nhs app …gp called on time that morning and arranged an appt the same morning. GP I saw was very thorough and referred me onwards for further tests. Great, professional service..thank you

I was waiting over an hour and a half

How can I have to wait an hour and a half for a simple surgery. Unacceptable.
