I joined the Galletly practice in 2003. Since then, there have been a number of changes, resulting in more doctors, more nurses, and larger buildings.
Throughout the period, I have always received prompt, helpful and professional services from all personnel.
A few years ago, Dr Pace suggested that I join the 'Online patient access' scheme. This is a brilliant scheme, which does not require sophisticated on-line skills! I can now order my repeat prescriptions on-line, and book telephone call-back appointments with a Doctor of my choice. The call-back is often made within an hour of booking an appointment, and results in an appointment with a Doctor or nurse when needed.
When one considers the increased number of patients now receiving medical help from the practice, I think that the Galletly practice provides an outstanding service.
