The reception staff are helpful and welcoming. I have always been able to get an appointment, even at ahort notice when needed. The doctors I have seen have made me feel listened to and they treat me with respect. The nurses are also friendly. The premises are clean and there are plenty of seats in the waiting areas. The only drawback is a lack of parking and it is sometimes hard to park in nearby roads.
