Always offer appointments and will always give F2F appointments if required.
Very experienced and knowledgeable practice manager.
Clinicians always involve you in your treatment plan. This practice is also compliant with GMS contractual requirements as they always release appointments to 111 to book appointments.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Doctors are understanding and caring. I rarely need to go but each time has been pleasant experience.
