Inside the practice is not well lit, gloomy dark sense of feeling. Long waiting time to be called for the appointment. Booking appointment is very limited. Receptionist not very helpful, would rather say call back tomorrow than offering other date that patient can have. Requested my prescription, which i use for long time now working well for me, via my chemist the turned it down as it wast on my repeats, i explained to receptionist/Rx dept, that this medication work for the symptoms I get and it will be a waste of GP's time. But they didn't help. I am sorry but this practice needs improvement!!!
