Appointment system is a joke
The whole practice appoint / availability of doctors is beyond a joke.
Call at 8am to be the 60th person in the queue and to be told all appointments are taken.
There should be doctors who are willing to work a full day and not work 1 out of say 3 days of the week.
It's a doctors surgery!!
If the doctors are not willing to work a full day / week to see patients then move them elsewhere its as simple as that and have them replaced for a doctor that is willing to work the full week or even better hire more doctors not have a locum doctor which I believe would be costing more for the NHS!
