The whole experience when not feeling well was made very easy and a diagnosis given and treatment sorted couldn’t of been better.

Nothing could of been better first class.

The appointment was made by 111 but was not so easy I see the pharmacy 1 then I ring 111.

The waiting time for a doctor to ring back from 111.

Todays visit was excellent (excepting a 40 minute wait for my appointment...) but I have previosuly had trouble getting appointments in the past due to the 'call on the day' procedure.

I also overheard another patient explaining to the receptionist that she had recievied a text telling her that she had missed her appointment despite checking in eith the recepitionist herself and not the machine..... Receptionist quick to point the finger at the patient before being reminded that she had checked her in herself....

I always receive great care and service at Bloxham surgery. The staff are always extremely helpful. I understand the doctors are always really busy but I have even received offers of a telephone appointment if I was unable to have a face to face appointment and my condition was discussed and a prescription given.

There was nothing that could have been done better, I always receive great service

Having to listen to the blandest most irritating pop music for an hour while feeling stressed was really unpleasant.
