This is a wonderful practice where everyone, from reception staff, nurses and doctors make you feel welcome and pleased to see you. They are always keen to help, to fix you up with an appointment or telephone appointment, to sort out a prescription, send it off by email to your pharmacy and to have it delivered. My last prescription was delivered to me the day after I rang to request it!
Katie, the Practice Lead, is a very calm, welcoming, experienced and appreciative person, Nurse Joanne professional, kind and interested in you, explaining the nature of your blood tests and when you may expect them back- often the next morning. Dr Amin, as everyone notices, is highly professional, informed, welcoming and exceptionally kind. She really is a model doctor.
Alison, the Practice manager here and at Rowlands Gill, is just lovely. Despite the challenges of the Covid pandemic and the changes involved in the practices becoming part of QE Hospital this year, she is always calm, unflustered, cheerful, kind and absolutely on to of her game.

I would recommend this surgery to everyone. It is how a surgery should be run. The staff are friendly and helpful. The doctor has enough time to talk about your problem. There is plenty of parking, a convenient bus service and there are other facilities on site, eg x-Ray and physiotherapy.

The doctor took the time to explane evry thing to me. Getting an appointment is not a problem as the practice is open from 8am till 6pm, you can ring up any time and pre book.

Booking an appointment at a time suitable to me for the next day was not a problem.
The doctor listened and took the time to discuss my problem with me.
I needed an X-ray and this was completed within an hour because the doctors surgery is located in the same building as other NHS facilities. This is exactly the kind of local service the NHS should provide and a big plus for this practice.
