Majority of staff very pleasant but appointment system needs attention and improvement. If a doctor asks to see a patient, the surgery should ring and make an appointment instead of sending a letter, today was my third unsuccessful attempt to make an appointment - in person or for telephone appointment.

Saw a lovely Para who helped me so much and was so pleasant. Needed an appointment with doctor and reception was very very helpful and managed to fill me in after an appointment was cancelled. Well pleased.
