I have recently had an operation I had an appointment with the nurse re clip removal at 11.40 and after seeing physio that morning they advised me to increase pain relief from my go . I called Birchwood to try and get an appointment or telephone call re pain medication. The person I spoke to I didn’t get her name was so helpful and understanding managed to get me an appointment at 12.15 after the nurse appointment same day . I was truly grateful for their help and kindness and this isn’t the first time that I have had excellent care from Birchwood
