I would like to thank both of the receptionists today for helping me out with my wife's medication. In particular Teresa, who was brilliant, not only getting it sorted out, but arranging for the medication to be delivered by Paydens. My thanks to all concerned for a first class service. Dear Hannah, During the course of the last two months it would seem that my wife, Rosemary, and I have required the services of so many of the team at the surgery. Often our needs have been urgent and help has been sought at times of busy clinics when all staff have been under pressure.The help and assurance that we both received has been exceptional We have attempted to pass on our thanks to all concerned but I hope that you might be able to post a copy of this email so that our appreciation might be reinforced and made known to all involved.. After self caring for the best part of a week, I felt rotten this morning. I rang at 8.15, waited under 8 mins to be answered and got an appointment with Dr Martin at 10.30. Yes, she was running late, but she never rushes her consultation and that was to my benefit today. I am grateful for the care I received, thank you.
