On the last two occasions I have phoned Birchington Medical Centre for same day appointments, I've been given one. And last time I didn't phone until 9.30am, and really didn't expect to be seen tbh. However, I was offered appointments that fitted in perfectly around my work, was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time,and absolutely couldn't fault any of the staff there. I think I spent longer waiting in the pharmacy next door afterwards as it goes, but that's a whole different post...!

Appointment system could be improved. Staff are all nice.

No complaints, sometimes have to wait to be answered in the reception.
