I have always found the care and professionalism of the doctors and nurses to be of the highest standard possible . When we consider the strain under which the N H S is currently operating it is all the more creditworthy the service that this surgery provides . If one thing could be improved it would be the time taken to answer telephone calls which can be excessive at times .

I understand the phones can get very busy at times, but I can assure you that our reception staff work very hard to deal with all our patient contacts, both face to face and by telephone as swiftly and carefully as they can.
