Today, 19th March, I attended the surgery to clear up a bit of confusion (on my part) about a blood test. The receptionist, Jean, couldn’t have been more helpful arranging for the sample to be taken; and the nurse, Leigh, couldn’t have been more efficient and friendly in dealing with a bloke who really does need to improve his response when confronted with hypodermic needles. Thank you.
