I had a personal problem recently and had it efficiently dealt with the same day with a GP calling back. However not knowing when the GP is going to call I was with other people when he called and no way of separating myself, so I had to go through embarrassing symptoms in front of people, friends and strangers. Plus it was a noisy situation and I had difficulty hearing the Dr. .

Suggested improvements
Give and indication of the time the GP is going to call so that the customer can make arrangements to be available. I am retired so this would not be too difficult for me however not so for those at work or with children.
