My wife saw the Diabetes Nurse today. She was so helpful. Many thanks.
Reception staff excellent, as always, thank you. You all do a thankless task with very little public appreciation.

Very poor attitude from the receptionist I dealt with - unhelpful, truculent and screwing up her face. The nurse, on the other hand, was very capable and professional in her manner. Waiting times are very long - I have been quoted a month for a named GP appointment.

I would be a patient if I could get an appointment. However I try not to make appointments at the surgery because it is so difficult. If you are not an emergency or a "regular" then you have a two week wait. My work place signed me off sick so I thought I should ensure I got the correct diagnosis and treatment before returning to work. This is therefore not an emergency in my eyes but to have to plan sickness/illnesses into your work life is not realistic. If it was an emergency I anticipate I would be calling an ambulance or be taken to the hospital rather than the doctors. Just my opinion.

Reception is a joke , I'd like to know what medical training they receive to be able to tell me whether I need the doctor? And that an appointment can't be made until a recent test result I had is back !!!! So no appointment!!!! Thank you

ITS A JOKE THIS SURGERY, WAITING FOR AN APPOINTMENT TAKE AGES. PRESCRIPTIONS ARE NEVER EVER READY WHEN THEIR SUPPOSE TO BE READY, THE SURGERY ITS TOTALLY UNFIT FOR PURPOSE.
