We came for our first AstraZeneca vaccine on Saturday. We were nervous, not about the vaccine, but about logistics eg standing in cold. Totally reassured by helpful and kind marshals, who must have been chilled to the bone! No long waits, very efficient throughput and patient and understanding staff. Well done!

I had my first Covid vaccination today and would like to congratulate everyone involved. It was a good team effort. The Thanet Lions directing us in the car park were cheerful and helpful. The receptionists were welcoming and polite. The nurse that administered the vaccine was very professional, knowledgeable and exuded confidence. I was in and out within 10 minutes and was very impressed with the service you all provided. Thank you to you all.
