I think that this surgery is a beacon of excellence within the NHS. Appointments are sometimes a bit late but that tends to be because the doctors take the time to talk to patients. My only (somewhat tongue in cheek) criticism is that there is a lack of magazines etc in the waiting room but I am trying to rectify this by handing in copies of Car, Today's Golfer, etc
