Experience of Doctors surgery is ok Their is background music which is nice. Nothing worse than sitting in total silence listening to people who are ill. It's a good practice & cover almost everything you need medically.

In my opinion this must be the best medical practice for miles. Staff are friendly, they go out of their way to accommodate requests, the nurses and doctors value your views and the quality of advice has always been excellent. I can understand why this practice has been selected to train young doctors. Excellent.

I find that all of the reception staff at Bilbrook Medical Centre go above and beyond exprctations for my family and I can always get an appointment when I need to, the care this surgery offers is brilliant and the reception team are very friendly which makes you feel welcome.
