The main issue like most GP practices is the difficulty in getting appointments. I have heard of a GP surgery where the front line contact is a health care professional but this professional - can call a GP into the consultation as required. This appears to have results appointments being readily available. I assume this model must make more use of pharmacists and other health care professionals etc.

Drs and nurses have been brilliant with me. I would like to say I have been really impressed with the male receptionist who always listens and provides a great service- please could you pass this on if possible

Doctor Craig was fantastically helpful for an issue I often find difficult to address. He was thorough and collaborative and involved me in every step of my treatment. He made a terrible time a lot easier for me, and I felt like he went above and beyond the call of duty. I am extremely grateful and cannot recommend him enough. A huge asset to the practice and one you'd be wise to keep hold of. I hope this reaches him.

I had to wait one month for an appointment then waited over an hour to be seen, no apology for the delay offered. The consultation I could not fault as the GP was informative and allowed me to be involved in the next steps.
