I moved house on Friday... out of the catchment area of Bewick Road Surgery. It is a huge disappointment that I can't stay with Dr Bonnington after years of faithful service I need to transfer to a different G.P. Practice. Dr Bonnington has ALWAYS been interested/dedicated/totally invested in her patients of whom I was one. Appointments can run late but the reason is because she is so committed to prioritising the individual who is with her. I have been in the waiting room when others have been waiting and have heard them saying they don't mind waiting a bit longer because they know they will get full attention when she sees them. I am very sad to no longer be able to have her as my G.P. Thank you so much for being an excellent example of a dedicated doctor.

Dr. Boddington is a fantastic doctor, she takes the time to listen to you, she never rushes you. Although her next appointment is due she still does not rush you. Dr. Boddington and all the doctors are very good. All the staff welcome you. I would say that it is one of the best surgeries in gateshead.
