The whole surgery is brilliant. It is clean so the cleaners are great. The receptionist are friendly and professional and will do.what they can for you within their means. The blood takers are friendly and put you at ease. Drs are great. Couldn't ask for better

The doctors and receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. The only downside I had this time was being asked to fill out the doctor link which gave me no option to actually write down what I believed to be wrong with me (which was mastitis) and with the questions it came up with lots of random evaluations to my symptoms. At the end of the doctors link it stated I needed to speak to someone within 30 minutes so I called the doctors and told them that and they advised there was nobody available for another 5 hours so I could have that appointment. This was frustrating only because they could have just given me that appointment on the first call I made to them. In conclusion I think doctors link is an absolute waste of time.

This was my first time at th surgery. The receptionist was polite and friendly. The nurse I saw put me at ease and was very knowledgeable.
